Refund/Cancel Policy

Welcome to SummaryBoard. The SummaryBoard website and service including (without limitation) summaryboard.in (the “Site”) and other all websites, mobile applications and other interactive properties through which the service is delivered (collectively, the “Services”) are owned, operated and distributed by SEEKEN ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing any part of the Services, you are agreeing to the Refund Policy. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you should not use the Services. This Refund Policy applies to all users, including both users who are simply viewing content available via the Services and users who have registered as members of SummaryBoard.

SummaryBoard do not provide refund. Exceptions will be made where SummaryBoard is found to have failed to uphold it’s guarantees. If you feel a refund is warranted we encourage you to contact us on [email protected]. In case of policy violations, any and all refunds are forfeit.

When a refund is approved, we will process the refund to the same payment method that was originally used during the purchase. The refund will be handled through the payment gateway used at the time of the transaction, ensuring that the funds are returned directly to the card, bank account, or other payment option you initially selected.

Refunds typically take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account. However, this timeline is not guaranteed and may vary depending on your bank’s processing speed and internal policies.

Cancel Membership

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Your Profile → My Memberships → Cancel
  2. Please fill the Cancellation Form.
  3. You’ll receive a confirmation email.

Timing & Renewals

  • Cancel ≥ 36 hours before your renewal date/time to avoid the next charge.
  • Cancelling within 36 hours of renewal triggers one final term (month/year, matching your plan). After that, the plan will not renew again.
  • Example: If your renewal is 10 Apr, 14:00, cancel by 8 Apr, 02:00 or earlier.

After You Cancel

  • You keep full access until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

  • Obvious errors (duplicate charges, fraud, or accidental multiple subscriptions) will be reviewed—contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.
